Suggestions on removing...
The previous owner had a GTO bug shield installed on the hood of the truck and used those velcro buttons to secure it in place. Anyone with suggestions on removing those without having to pull up the paint on the hood so that I can replace it with a different bug shield?
I was looking at either a Lund or Deflectra-Shield which doesn't require drilling, the previous one I had broke in half after falling and hitting the driveway.

RE: Suggestions on removing...
It is but it seems that a fair amount of trying to peel them off or the previous owner super glued them to the hood...

You should be able to peel them right off. The Velcro is adhesive backed right?

It must have been on there a long time cause I ended up having to scrape it off with my finger nails... It did come off without removing the paint with it. Waxed it up and it almost looks as if it wasn't there.
