T-case shouldn't get in the way. If anything the driveshaft may, but a exhaust shop can fix that. And I'm runnin a dynomax bullet right now but may change that here shortly

Got everything in yesterday, was doing some measurments and looks like that drive shaft is going to be in the way for sure. I'm going to have to take it to an exhaust shop to customize the ORY. Plus i realized it looks as if some of the manifold bolts are already broken so i have a feeling more of them are going to break. So i'll probably just have an exhaust shop tackle this job unfortunately.

Soak them in pb blaster for a night or 2 and then back them out very slowly with a break over bar. If the ones you have broke, still have a little stickin out, weld a nut to the end Of it and back it out that way. Worked great for me

Got it all installed, the ORY fit without modifaction but just BARELY. Throttle response definately improved. Didnt get the custom tuned PCM yet so right now the trucks running without the EGR and 02 sensors but it still runs fine till I get the PCM. Wanted to wait and do it all at once but funds are low and I actually had a day off for once so used that time to do the install. Are you running any of your 02 sensors country_09? I figure just have them tune all of them out in the tune.

Only tune the back 2 out. You need the front 2, and good to hear its all workin right

The front one on The passengers side won't fit there isn't enough clearance. Maybe if I put the o2 in before bolting the header on might be able to cram it in there but definately won't fit once the header is bolted into place.

Even with the custom tuned pcm you need the pre 02 sensors??

It should fit, that's how they're designed. Weird...and yes you need the front o2 sensors. That's how the air/fuel mixture is calculated. The back o2 sensors just make sure the cat is workin properly

That's strange maybe ill try again but it didn't look like it was fitting, maybe if I could grind some shorter o2 sensors
