I have a 2007 silverado reg cab short bed V6 3:23 rear end and im looking at buying two jet skis on a double trailer. My question is do i need a towing package or would it be ok to haul off my bumper until i get a tow package on my truck?

 

Bumper should hold 500 I think look on it you'll see it but for what you need your more then ok you don't need tow package yet

 

Best to get a hitch and a transmission cooler. Trying to pull 2 wet jet ski's and a trailer up a boat ramp is going to put a major strain on only a bumper hitch. I would recommend a tow package first.

 

No way I seen people pull boats out on bumper yeah tow package is best not needed

 

I've seen alot of stupid things myself, but that does'nt make it safe or good for your truck. Just my 2 cents worth.
