Default truck wont start

97 k1500. 5.7 350 vortec.
i just finished replacing the oil pump, crankshaft, and bearings. with that being said, alot of stuff was removed from the underside of the truck to access those parts, but very few things on top were touched. the engine spins free, there is fuel pressure, and the gas has been sitting for about 2 months, but is still deffinately smells strong enough to fire.
i know that there is no spark getting to the plugs, and that the ignition coil only puts out a single initial spark when im cranking it. shouldnt it spark for every cylinder?
i have tried 3 different coils, and all give me the same result. please help.?

Was the pick up for the crank sensor installed on to the new crank shaft? No pick up = no signal from crank sensor = no spark

i confirmed that the sensor is still good. 5v when a post is directly infront of it, and 0 voltage when there is no post infront of it.

That has a magnet in it. Can you pull it out, and check? I hold them next to a pile of small screws.

yah, i just checked it. it is still magnetic. picked up a few quarter inch screws. i also scuffed the surface of it a little to make it shiny and remove any grease that would stop a connection with 1000g sandpaper

I know we are wearing this out, can you ohm the pickup? It should be around 1K ohm

how would i go about doing that?
and i just double checked my fuel pressure. and i when the key is turned to acc, it quickly builds up to 60psi, and holds for maybe 1/10 of a second. then bleeds all the way back down, almost as fast as it built up.
