Turn signal/delayed wiper switch replacement on 93 C1500 pickup
How easy or difficult is it to replace the turn signal/delayed wiper switch on an early 90s Chevy C1500 pickup? Or how can I fix the delayed wiper
portion of that switch? It sometimes doesn't go into delay mode, it just
stays on even when turned off or it doesn't turn on in any mode. What
can be done about it? Right now, a lot of Rain-X is looking good.

Cracked board under the hood
If its under the hood, where? Is it behind the plate on the wiper motor? If it isn't, its pretty bare bones otherwise.
