Has anyone purchased and installed an Undercover tonneau cover. I have heard that there have been problems with the top causing paint damage on the sides, as well as the top itself warping and cracking. I am thinking about purchasing this cover, mainly because of the light weight and ease of taking on and off, but I don't need it to be a headache. By the way, I really don't want a soft tonneau. I want it to be a hard cover, but most are too heavy for one person ( especially an old man with a bad back ) to take it on and off. Thanks in advance.

 

I've had one on my 04 for three years...no problems and absolutely love it!

 

Yes it will definitely damage the paint I have one on my 08 Ranger and it is becoming a real headache
