Default what changed body wise from 2001 to 2007

What changed? I know they changed the tail lights. Did the bumper or tailgate change? how about the front of the silverado?

How hard would it be to convert these things or is it a plug and play?

The 1999 to 2002 Chevy Silverado trucks all had pretty much the same "look" to them.....both front and rear.

In 2003, the Silverado had the "cat eye" look where the hood sloped slightly downward above the headlamp lenses. The tail lights also switched to an all-red scheme instead of the red and amber setup used on the 1999 to 2002 trucks.

This design stayed the same until the body style change in the 2007 trucks - which now had 'stacked' headlights. Chevy made a "Silverado Classic" in 2007 that carried over the old body style - as the factory phased in the new models. The 2007+ Silverado was a much larger change - both inside and out - than what you saw from 2002 to 2003.
