Whats underneath the center console; 07-10 Silverado LTZ
I bought a rechargable flashlight, (streamight stinger HP) and need to mount the charger in the console, in that little space that sumps down inside the console. Is it alright to screw into the bottom of that console? I thought I'd ask before I take it apart.

I got a recharageable maglite for Christmas and mounted it in my 2008 Silverado in the console under the middle seat. Being a mag lite, i had to mount it so the lens is at the back of the console when on the charger. I do not know really what is under there, but I have not had any issues. I might have just gotten lucky?
