wiper fluid not coming out?
ive recently noticed that the wiper fluid in my 2004 chevy silverado isnt spraying. i checked it a little while ago and the tank is full. i live in wisconson, could it be because of the cold? and where is the spout located?

Yes, the line could be frozen up somewhere. It occasionally happens to me here in Texas. They sell fluid with a lower freezing point, might consider putting in a different fluid or an additive since you live in Wisconsin.
Another possibility is the pump is gummed up. This has been the issue 2 out of 2 times with my cars. Get under the truck, find the fluid bottle, at the bottle is going to be a small pump with the hose coming off of it. Disconnect the pump (fluid is going to come gushing out, so be ready) then clean it out. Reinstall and refill.

If you can access both end of the fluid hose at the tank and at the wiper, try disconnecting them and blowing them out... you could also try disconnecting it at the wiper and see if it works as the spray head could also be clogged.
Sometimes debris can get all the way thru the pump and the lines and clog the spray tip
