Zmax Treatment
Hello,
Has anyone here used or know anything about the ZMax's oil & fuel treatment products, do they really help protect the engine or is this just another money making thing.

Seafoam is used when you should have used a treatment. I don't have any preferences as BG, or in the old days STP, and Justice brothers. If you feel you need a treatment, go for it. I've always felt good quality gas, and regualr maintenance is the best.

I use ONLY Chevron gas in my motorcycle and found this when inspecting my bike before a trackday:

Many years ago i used 4 oz. of tufoil in my 71 307 chevelle. I did notice an increase in rpm...2/3 hundred, i guess things were a little more slippery!

With all the ethonal in gasoline nowadays, the gas lacks the lubricity that it did some time ago.
the lack of that lubricity can cause damage to certain componants like fuel injectors.
puting in a bottle, or even 1/2 a bottle of seafoam or marvel mystery oil will not only
add lubricity to your gas, but it will get rid of water/moisture which can speed up damage
to componants coupled with the lack of lube.
