Default Castriota Chevrolet - Hudson, FL

I just got off the phone with Rich at Castriota Chevrolet. I believe he is a sales manager. I have been "buying" a new car for almost a month now. My wife is upset with me and I have gone multiple nights without seeing my daughter because I was dealing with the dealership. Since buying the car I have put hundreds of miles on my new car and filled the gas tank multiple times all because they don't know what they are doing and continue to harass me on my days off with my daughter for some other piece of paper or to ask question. I am receiving a survey in the mail soon about my buying experience and I plan on filling out the survey with the understanding that I am completely unsatisfied with comments. Castriota has done nothing to support me other than the usual response read from a piece of paper when working with a disgruntled customer.

Note: Castriota won't help me. I have been told that these forums are monitored by someone who might be able to help. I'm asking for help. Thanks.
