Question 02 Burb need in the ECU

Hey guys first post. I have a 02 Suburban 3/4 ton 2500 LT 8.1L vortec with the factory tow and HD package including the Trans Cooler and duel A/C. Since they switched to 10% ethanol at the pumps i went from 10MPG to 6MPG.

I was wondering what it would take to get in the ECU and change my Air to Fuel MIX or some other aspects of ECU and maybe Kill the Governor! ;P Any one have any info on this. Sorry if i posted in the incorrect place. Thanks for the help and advice!

I can't see that a 10% ethanol would change your mpg that much. There might be another problem some where. you can get a custom computer tune and that can help with mpg.
