Default 12 suburban vs 12 silverado

last post i found in this regard was from '07 so sorry if this has been asked more recently

to what extent do the 2 platforms share and to what extent do they differ?

would it be accurate to say a Suburban is a Silverado with a wagon instead of a bed?

thanks

Different rear suspension, Leaf springs in the Silverado and coils in the Suburban.

so the only difference between a Suburban and a Silverado is the rear suspension - is that right?
