Default 1996 Suburban LT Z71 350 p1345 or p0307

Have an issue I've never come across before. I either get the p1345 code, or p307 code. Not at the same time. If I move the distributor to clear the p1345, a very heavy misfire on #7 happens only when the engine is warm, if I let the p1345 stay on with the timing a little off, no misfire. Kind of at a loss. Let me tell you what has been replace. Everything. New Jegs 350, along with new distributor, cap, rotor, plugs, wires, entire fuel system from fuel pump forward to include the spider injection system. New temp sensors, new crank and cam sensors. new exhaust manifolds. Do yall have any idea what could be causing the misfire on all brand new components, unless I am missing something.
