I have a 1996 Chevy Tahoe 4WD 4 Door, that will not start. A few weeks ago my rig had some difficulty starting it would take a few "key turns" to start, but last week it just did't want to start. The enigine would turn but no start, I just had a new fuel pump installed but no luck. I have replaced all fuses and blocks and fuel filter out of ideas.

 

motor needs three things to start and run. fuel, spark, and compression. new fuel pump, but did you check fuel pressure? have you checked for spark? need to figure out which one of the three is missing.
