Default 1997 suburban drivers window, going up issue

I have a 1997 suburban drivers window, going up issue.

It goes down no problem, but really struggles to go up. Needs a hand assist push and also makes a clunky noise like window is slipping.

I am the original owner BTW

Bump

Love to get some insight before I take the door panel off

Going to replace the outside door handle too, but that easy part, the window going up is bigger issue

2004 Frontier, but a few years ago its power window had some trouble going up, and all I did to restore that operation was to spray some aerosol silicone lube on the window channels.

Note I said aerosol silicone lube, not WD-40 !!!

Love the easy fix when it works, silicone grease worked for the back barn door not opening on left side.

For the window though in my case it makes and loud noise and slips and stops, goes up maybe 3 inches and have to push up with hands
and then makes noise again and stops after about 3 inches. In this condition I really try to not use the window.

I should have had these details in initial post
