1999 Suburban Ignition Problems

Hey guys so here is my problem:
Right now my Suburban only starts with starter fluid. However, if it is still warm or hasn't sat too long after running, it will typically start again without it. In order for it to start though, it is best to turn the ignition over in short bursts. I've noticed lately that it won't actually start while turning over... but as soon as I let off the key it seems to kick in and catch... even if not every time. It also has a code when connected to a scanner that says it has a lean fuel mixture. I'm hoping you guys can point me in the right direction of things to check.
Thanks!

Welcome to the forum.
You need to check the fuel pressure w/ Key On & Engine Off, Engine Running, and then w/ Key Off and Engine Off. Sounds like your fuel pump may be Tango Uniform.
