Default 1999 suburban Knocking/jumping????

I bought this Suburban last week and now it is knocking from the front passenger side. At first I thought it was a flat then we thought it was the sway bar link...it was broken....now fixed....but it is still doing it. It starts after the truck has been in use and warmed up for a while.. when i was backing out of the gas station yesturday it did the knocking. i pulled over to the tire air pump fixed the low tires i had. then did a complete 360 with the vehicle to turn around and go home. when i had turned about half way around the truck proceded to jump on me. that gas station is about 20 minutes from my home. when i left the gas station to go home and park the darn truck it didnt jump or knock on me anymore...at least not that i felt. I need help! LOL....My husband is deployed and trying to help as much as he can from there, but if you have any ideas we sure could use them!

thanks

should have someone check the ball joints, A-arm bushings, tie rods, and if those are all good, have the alignment checked

if the 'burb is 4wd, you might have the axle/cv joints checked as well
