2-way remote went tango uniform

The rear hatch and rear glass buttons on the remote quit working. Service had a black box that detects the RF signal and sure enuf, no go on those two buttons. Ordered new one under warranty.

Nope. Just got it in Nov. New one still not in. Took it apart and couldn't see anything obvious.
