Default 2001 Suburban electric issues

Chevy Problem

I知 having a weird electrical issue with my 2001 Suburban LS 1500 with 5.3l engine. 161k miles. I知 getting odd voltage dips at low idle or a slow turn which sometimes makes it stall. Always starts right back up. No issues when accelerator is down, always full 14+ volts. I replaced alternator and battery, still doing it. Cables look ok.

Another weird issue, possibly related, the circuit/fuse block that handles the power seats and door locks has just died. Changing fuse is no help. This happened a few years back and then after a while it started working again and was fine for a couple years. It just went out again. Maybe a short somewhere but just wanted to see if that痴 common.

Any insights appreciated.
