Default 2003 Side View Mirror Not working - Fuse?

My power mirrors on my 2003 Suburban have stopped working. They will both fold up, but neither will adjust. Is there a fuse that controls this part of the side view mirrors, I have checked the fuse box inside the door and under the hood and do not see any that are labeled as such.

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated!

Thanks,

Ryan
