Default 2003 Suburban Issues

Okay so I would like some opinions here...I have several issues that we'll be fixing over the next month or so on our 2003 Suburban.

First off we'll be replacing our Drive Shaft which "Fell Off" That was a fun experience...UGH! We have that covered since we know a good shop that will get it taken care of.

Second thing we need to do is replace the Speedometer and my husband can install that. Lets hope that's an easy Job...

Third is our Stereo does not work at ALL - Question here would you buy the Stock Stereo and have the dealership program it? Or would you rather put in a after market Stereoand just be done with it?

Gotta Love our Vehicles!

Welcome to the forum.

You might check ebay for a stock stereo system. Also look at Craig's List.

I'd go aftermarket on the radio. There are so many cool features nowadays. I upgraded my 01 Bub with an aftermarket system. Best feature for me was the USB plug. I just put a huge chunk of songs on a 32 GB stick, plugged it in, and I had hundreds of hours of music.
