Default 2004 Tahoe. 4.8L. Where exactly is the fuel pressure regulator?

I'm lost. It's not on the driver's side fuel rail. Help?

if you do not have a return fuel line....the system is returnless and the fpr is in the tank/part of the fuel pump assembly

The service manual also corroborates this, it shows the FPR for the 5.3 but not the 4.8
