2005 suburban struck by lightning
 

my wife was driving on the interstate yeasterday and saw a lightning bolt about a quarter mile in front of her and then her truck just cut off i replaced the battery and it crancked back up but now the autoride pumps all the way up and wont level out the drivers side rear window rolls down when you turn the key and the electric cooling fan and blower motor run without the key even being in it i replaced the relay for the cooling fan motor and it still does it any suggestions before i take it to the dealership

Ack! how bizarre... I suspect the BCM might be toast....maybe just a reflash...

2005 suburban rear ac blower not working.
 

Hello, hope I am posting in the right area, my 05 suburban rear air blower stopped working. I checked both fuse boxes, disconnected the batter for a while, that didn't work. I can hear a "click" when I turn the overhead blower knobs. Sounds like a switch in the rear compartment. I have not pulled off the panels yet. I am hoping its a bad switch or something?
Update: I pulled the blower out, chanced the resister. I have power to the blower plug, but when I plug it in, volts drop to zero. I have checked grounds, fuses. No clue why a load kills the power?
