Default 2007 tahoe rpm doesnt work hard start

i replaced my crank sensor and it worked for a few miles ran good then it went to 0 again also replaced my cam sensor
also couldnt communicate with the ecm

did the scan tool power up?
problems with the cam sensor will cause a extended crank....as it takes the pcm extra time to learn camshaft position without the camshaft position signal.

did the scan tool power up?....ie do you have power on pin 16 of the dlc connector? if no check the cig fuse.

yes i did use a scanner getting code P0651 and crankshaft sensor also put another new one... i will check 5v ref. tomorrow
