2007 Trailer Hitch Cover

RE: 2007 Trailer Hitch Cover
it is removeable. there are two twist tabs at the bottom and two hook type clips at the top. Once you remove the lower tabs, you slide the cover to the right and she pulls off. The kit comes with the mounting plate, tabs, and template. Takes about 5minutes to install. does require drilling.

Oh man, I don't think I like the drilling part. Not because I'll mess it up. I just have a bad feeling that I need to drill threw the bumper cover? And I don't want to do that.

yes you have to drill three holes into the cover. Just be careful, your drill can get real close to the paint. Also I've heard that someone drilled into their back-up sensor wires. As always check behind the cover before drilling. Put the Butt Cover On !!!!!!

Do you drill into the OEM bumper cover? I don't mean hitch cover.

RE: 2007 Trailer Hitch Cover
I think I see what your saying now? So if I remove the hitch cover you would never know there were holes there when standing on your feet and looking straight at the bumper cover/hitch area from a few feet away. I think I get this cover if that's the case. Thanks
