Default 2008 Tahoe Will Not Start

Yesterday, I got in my Tahoe and started it. It choked a little at start, and also the air temperature was set lower than I had it set and blasting with the AC setting. I ALWAYS turn off the radio and heater before turning off the car. It is winter here and I have not used the AC in months. The next time I got in and started up, it was the exact same thing. The following day, the car is completely dead and will not start. Is this something that happens with this model? Could it be more than an issue with the battery?

Well, I'd guess it's the climate control

You need to figure out the cause and the effect. Is the climate control killing the battery, or is a bad battery causing the electronics to behave funny? I'd go with the latter. Check the battery and charging system, replace if necessary, and see if that solves your electrical gremlins.
