Default 2011 Suburban GPS & Nav issue

I did many searches within the forum and could not find an answer to this issue.
If I missed it, I apologize.

I have a 2011 Suburban with about 75k miles on it.
I tend to do all the driving for our family so use the NAV frequently.

Just noticed my NAV screen has me located about 2 towns over.
Additionally the word GPS has a red strike-though on it.

I just had the car detailed a week ago, so wondering if the issue could be as simple as a loose or unplugged wire.
Or could that be a coincidence and there is something larger wrong like the antenna?

Thank you
Teddy

Welcome to the forum. Since it happened right after it was detailed, it's hard to say if that had any relation to the failure. Most likely causes could be a disconnected antenna or a bad nav unit.
