Default 2016 Tahoe LTZ rear ac & Heater blower not working

The rear ac & heater blower isn’t working. The dealer wanted $120 hr to diagnose. Trouble shooting myself I realized I didn’t know where to start after looking at the fuses in the right rear fuse panel. The control head in the center console appears to work. The lights come on and control head allows you to change settings but nothing happens..
suggestions would be helpful.

if the rear blower is inop and the fuses are good....remove the r/r trim panel to access the rear blower motor. key in run, turn the rear blower motor fan setting to high and hammer fist the motor assembly. if the blower motor starts working...the motor brushes are worn out...replace the blower motor. if nothing happens...check the blower motor connector for power and grd.
