I drive a 2016 chevy Tahoe police package for my police department. the brakes have been squeaking since new. I have 7600 miles and still squeaking. The noise appear to be from the rear brakes. The rotors look like it has 40K on it. Not smooth looking. The autoshop/fleet for my department is gonna replace it with another rotor and pads to see if the noise goes away. We have 3 new tahoes and they all squeak. My 2010 Tahoe with the police package never squeaked. What's going on Chevy?

 

Since they squeaked from new, they should have been taken in to a dealer and repaired under warranty. At 7600 miles that can still be done.
