Default 4x4 help with '96 Suburban please

Hi,

I have a '96 Suburban and I'm having 4x4 problems. It has the electronic transfer case and starting today the lights to indicate 2H, 4H, and 4L are all blinking. It won't engage or do anything other than just blinking. The only problem we've had with the 4-wheel drive is a blown fuse once. We've replaced the transmission and a few other engine parts but the 4x4 system has been solid until now. Anyone have a diagnosis?

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks,
Ray Wagner
