88 Suburban Brake + Hazard + Rear Turn Lights = Do Not Work
Context: 1988 Chevrolet Suburban (which I drive regularly).
-----------------------------------------
1) I start the engine (all seems normal).
-----------------------------------------
2A) I engage the left turn signal.
2B) The Dashboard shows the left turn signal is flashing as expected.
2C) At the front of the Suburban and the left turn signal light is flashing.
2D) At the rear of the Suburban and the left turn signal light is NOT flashing.
-----------------------------------------
3A) I engage the right turn signal.
3B) The Dashboard shows the right turn signal is flashing as expected.
3C) At the front of the Suburban and the right turn signal light is flashing.
3D) At the rear of the Suburban and the right turn signal light is NOT flashing.
-----------------------------------------
4A) I engage the Hazard Lights.
4B) The Dashboard dual lights both flash as expected.
4C) At the front of the Suburban the dual lights both flash.
4D) At the rear of the Suburban NO lights are flashing.
-----------------------------------------
5A) I press the brake pedal.
5B) NO lights turn on at the rear of the Suburban.
-----------------------------------------
6A) I turn on the regular headlights for night driving.
6B) The front lights turn on as expected.
6C) The rear lights turn on as expected.
-----------------------------------------
Summary: From the driver's perspective, everything is fine. From the perspective of anyone in front of my Suburban, everything is fine. From the perspective of a person behind my Suburban, no turn signals, no brake lights and no hazard lights are ever turned on.

When it flashes on the dashboard it is normal (the reason why I never knew there was an issue).
So, checking the "start easy" route I replaced all the rear bulbs: brake/hazard/side view. Now everything works. I thank you both. Good troubleshooting approach.
I am astounded at how long this has made me unknowingly a hazard.
