Default 94 5.7 Swap into my 99 tahoe

I bought a 99 5.7 Tahoe with a blown motor. I have a 94 Suburban with a 5.7. I want to swap the 94 5.7 into the 99. I have herad that I need to swap heads and intake what else do I need to swap?
Cam, lifters?
I am getting conflicting stories from from people I talk to here in Cheyenne.

Thanks

you do need to swap heads/intake, accessory system. crank sensor, if memory serves, is mounted by bracket to front of engine. the bracket is held on by oil pan bolt(s). otherwise, pretty straight forward swap.

by reluctor i assume the crank sensor. tbi won't have it, but you should be able to swap from the 99 to the 94 motor easy enough
