Default '96 door lock actuators

Hello all.Just a few quick questions.
I am trying to get the 'burb straightened out.
The P.O. removed the power door locks & I also have no remote fob.

I am on Amazon.com looking for the actuators & have come across two types.

I was told it is the first one. If it is, I am curios as to what the 2nd one is?

I assume the 1st one bolts to the door(photos at end) & the rod that sticks up on the lock rod attaches to the actuator rod.
I have no idea how the 2nd one would hook up as it just looks like a hook.

Also for the rear doors. Are the actuators the same as the front? According to this Dorman Products - 746-014 The actuator is the same for all 4 doors. Of course I see no way to mount it. Unless it bolts directly to the door without a bracket.
Can anyone shed some light on this for me.

TIA.

front drivers door...

rear door..

Actuator fits over this rod?
