97 suburban 5.7 camswap
I was wondering can u put a aftermarket cam for performance just a little bigger over stock? And would this this work with stock computer will it run with no computer changes Thanks!!!

It would work. But, I have a piece of advice. Look into www.blackbearperformance.com You'd be amazed at what they can do just by tunign your PCM.
