No vent air only when the Ac or circulate buttons are activated. Both actuators work. Hot is red and cold is blue air blows to it correct area as the dial indicates. Until the Ac or circulate buttons, one alone and either or , makes the door actuator move from vent to floor. After reading most trouble shoots I am still seeking more knowledge. Don't want to replace everything ( best idea I know ) but this is not a unique problem. Door actuator index gear problem or something beyond. Lend me some wisdom my fellow gear heads ( technicians nowa days ). Thanks Steve
