My 1998 2door Tahoe Sport has the GM installed security system (VSS2000, VSS2300, VSC3000, VSC3300, VSC3400, VSL4000, VSL4100, VSL4200) which has a status LED light on the dash which also acts as the valet override switch. Checking with the dealer and the item number for that switch is 12463367. The switch also says it is no longer available from GM.

1. Has anyone had to replace that switch???
2. Does anyone know of a place to find this part number since GM does not have it???
3. Has anyone found an alternate part number which works???
