Default 99 Chevy Suburban Drivers Power Window Issue

Hit the button to roll it up or down and the window raises and lowers in steps.....It will go up a little and hesitate then go up some more and hesitate and so on and so on. Drives me crazy. Does the same thing going down.

Is this the motor or the lifter?

Thanks guys.

PS - all the other windows work fine.

My take is either switch or motor. That window is always the most used.

Doesn't sound like the regulator? Just trying to eliminate that.
Thanks.

Thanks.
If it's not getting "cocked" side to side when up or down, no, IMO not the regulator.
