Anyone get their OEM Wheels Chromed?
Was looking at this: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...m=270138095976
I like the look of my factory 20's but I want Chrome.. I have looked at some aftermarket wheels but still like the look of the factory ones chromed better.
Anyone have any experience with chroming rims? Do they last?
Thanks for your input.

The factory wheels do look nice in the chrome finish, I just installed some after-market chrome 20's on mineand there is ahuge difference in the wayit looks now.

Have any pictures? For the past week I must have looked at over 100 different wheels and cant find many that I like which is why I might just chrome these.

The chromed OEM 20" look pretty good.
I have seen a few GMT900 SUV's with them.

I didn't look at mine that close when I rotated recently. Please tell me that ours weren't made in Red China like those in your link. []
Just heard that Chinese tires are coming apart faster than Firestones. Surely hope our wheels didn't come from there. []

Chinese products are like any other, some are crap and some are very good. The wheels are built to GM spec’s which are the same no matter who or where the item is manufactured.

Was hoping you'd say that.
I remember when the '73 Corvette aluminum wheels made by Kelsey Hayes in Mexico failed GM QC standards. Popular rumor says a few sets made it out the door and today command fairly high prices.
