Default Back-up lamp circuit

Hello everyone. I am installing a back-up camera in my wife's '99 Suburban, and I am having no luck finding the proper circuit. What I need is the back-up lamp circuit to provide power to the camera when the car is in reverse. Does anyone know if that exists under the dash, or will I have to go to the lamp itself to pull power? Thanks in advance.

Welcome to the forum...

That would be the fastest way to get it going, that or try tracing the back up lamp wire back to the front of the vehicle.... look to see what color the reverse lamp socket wire colors are, follow the wire harness back to the front of the vehicle and see where it is most convenient...
I check the 12Volt but found nothing on the reverse lamp signal
