Default Brake Bleeding with Stabilitrak can I do it?

I have a 2007 LTZ with stabilitrak I have to replace a front caliper, I read some where that the dealer can only bleed the brakes due to the stabilitrak, is this true?
Thanks

No, you should be able to bleed the brakes just as you would on any other car. I have done my Suburban's brake fluid myself as well as many other cars with stability control systems with no issues.

I've heard that the ABS is more of a concern but don't have first hand experience.

What happened to the original caliper?
