AC Compressors for vehicles with front ac only and for vehicles w/front and rear ac look identical. Does anyone know if they are spec'd differently?

Are you asking if there are two identical a/c compressors, or are you asking if there is just one unit, for Suburbans with dual a/c, or asking something entirely different?

I would think that two evaporators would require a larger displacement compressor than a single evaporator.

Rock Auto lists two different compressors, from each brand that they sell, for Subs with Rear AC and without Rear AC.
