Are compressors for front only and w/rear AC different?

Are compressors for front only and w/rear AC different?
AC Compressors for vehicles with front ac only and for vehicles w/front and rear ac look identical. Does anyone know if they are spec'd differently?

Are you asking if there are two identical a/c compressors, or are you asking if there is just one unit, for Suburbans with dual a/c, or asking something entirely different?
