My 97 suburban has an A.I.R pump and the tensioner broke, no one has it or can't get it. So now I'm looking for the None A.I.R pump braket which here on california is hard to find, can anyone help me out with this issue?

What broke on it? Can it be welded. A good welder should be able to repair it. Can another tensioner be adapted to work.
