Default Electric steering in the 2015 tahoes. A question please

How do you like it? Also if you change the tires, are the alignments difficult to do?

I have found the steering never to be the same after a new alignment.

My daughters Cobalt has electric power steering, the times I have driven it I couldn't have told you it was electric, other then when she was practicing her parallel parking repeatedly the motor over heated and faulted out till it cooled off and it was like trying to turn the wheel of a 57 Buick in a parking lot!

When she went Earnhardt jr into the ramp wall of 183 and I-35 and bent the steering linkage, after replacement the alignment was pretty standard as far as the tech doing the alignment was concerned...

Can't imagine the Tahoe being too different, other than hopefully they have a beefier motor
