Exclamation engine codes!

ok the car was driving in second and after the battery died i put a new o2 sensor in it and jumped it. i thought i fixed the problem as it drove fine... then it ran like ***** and went into second again. so im guessing the battery ordeal reset the computer... im getting these five codes, help me!
dtc 51 prom err?
dtc 58 transmission hot?
dtc 72 output speed loss?
dtc 69 torque converter stuck on?
dtc 79 transmission hot?
a little more info. it pops out of 2wd rarely and 4 low all the time. sometimes reverse. im having this fixed but is this why im getting the 5 codes? also....

the only reason i would be nervous to take it is the trans over temp code. but before it freaked on me it drove really good so how do i know if the trans is really over temp? cause my camaro needs an opti, im kinda at a loss and have to fix one of them. whichever is cheaper... any thoughts though? bad ecu? every sensor in the trans is crap?

that my help huh! its a 1993 suburban 5.7 4wd. ob1 and a 700r4. i just drove to a buds house, on my way the check engine light was on and it drove in safe mode. then all of the sudden the light goes off and the car runs showroom fresh... except! i had the windows rolled down and herd a clunking noise, kind of light the sound ABS makes but louder, coming from underneath the car in the middle somewhere. also if i punch it it makes the clunking noise like its trying to pop outta gear. whats in there that making my car flip out? is this really the transfer case? or the torque converter.... once i fix this it'll be a sweet car/tank. i think the answer is can bad tranny linkage or transfer case make a 700r4 go into limp mode?if its just that.... why all the weird codes? maybe bad ecm?
