Looks great...! Jeff has helped me in the past - 1st class!!! So, do the old cross bars work with the new setup? If not, I'd be willing to buy the old ones...

The old cross bars don't work with the new rails...completely different. I am going to hold onto mine for a while, just in case my dad doesn't get cross rails when he buys his new tahoe. Sounds like Jeff has plenty of them from all the conversions he does, for cheap too!

About the shipping, it was veryfast once we had the end caps painted. Roughly a week from CA to CO. I can't say enough about Jeff, he did an amazing job!!!

Squares with the red X just mean that there was content that for whatever reason didn't make. Sometimes it helps to reboot or relaunch your browser.

25787589 - cover - $20.02
25787590 - cover - $20.02
25787559 - cover - $18.92
25787560 - cover - $18.92

Badger?

Any pics of the finished product? I would assume all the hardware to secure old rack was reuseable for new rack? Wow, what a savings!!!! Half the price of buying the kit! No issues along the way in install?? Just ordered the parts from GMParts.... Is the ANYTHING else I need? Rubber seal, etc other than painting the caps???

I'm sold
Thanks for the part #s!

Nothing else to order, the side rails come with bottom seal, end covers are paintable. Just re-use 5 torx head screws/bolts on each side.
The middle bolt doesnt seem to hold anything down on escalade rack, unless i'm missing some kind of bracket which did not show on parts book, but re-installed it to plug the hole in roof.
Seems very secure and in its proper position.
This is by-far one the easiest mod's Ive done yet.
Hopefully you can get a reasonable price out of the dealer.
My 'puter from hell will not allow me to upload a picture - perhaps that's my next mod - hello dell?
Anybody need a tahoe roof rack?
