Grey wire from fuel pump to where ?

Grey wire from fuel pump to where ?
does anyone have a schematic that explains the wiring to the fuel pump....
i can't figure the wiring on this pump. I'm trying to test to see if theres fire going to the pump.... so far I'm getting nothing... if so I need to know where the grey wire that electrifies the fuel pump goes to....
does it go straight to the relay or ..... I can only trace up to the firewall then I loose it and it goes i assume in the relay box......
( The grey wire is hot when i turn the key to the on position right ? )
Any input is greatly appreciated.
