are the heater hoses getting hot? Is your coolant topped up?

Yes, the hose into the firewall and the hose that comes out are both hot so no blockage

it that case the temperature blend door is probably stuck

why would it start working after replacing teh control module then quit shortly after ... if it was stuck then why did it work suddenly then quit again.
