Default Help with multiple misfire code

Hi, thanks in advance to anyone who can help. About a month ago I got a multiple misfire code with flashing sed. I cleared code and it didn't happen again for about a month. Tonight upon start up it occurred again. Both times it seems to stop misfire fairly quick and run smooth again. I need this car for Family and work and am asking for an opinion on where to start. I'm thinking time up, thanks.

Honestly I don't know, I have owned the car about a year now and was told when I purchased the table that the plugs and wires were good. They look alright visually, but I need to pull the plugs to them. Strange thing is i went out to drive again last night and the ses light turned off

You can't tell by looking. This might be the thing as it will come back to replace them.
