Question Help! Rear Right Tire Smoking

Hi everyone!
Happy New Year!

I've got a 1978 ex wildlife/forest suburban 4x4 w/ small block 400
I'm having a heck of a time researching this year chevy trucks.... does anyone know why?

I'm generally pretty good at researching things w/o asking for help but this year chevy trucks (73-82) seems to be guarded under lock & key....

Can someone point me to the right place? Is this the right place?

I've never done any brake work on this year truck - is it easy? I'm assuming I have a stuck e-brake and/or stuck caliper or a bad wheel bearing --- does that sound right?

I love my truck but it seems that just when I put a few hundred into something - another problem pops up. It's getting very old.

*sigh* I really wanted to get her going strong, but time is running out for the old girl. (only 133000 original miles but parked for too long)

Thanks for any help you can offer.
Best Wishes

Welcome to the forum.

Have you checked w/ Helm to see if you can get a Factory Service Manual?
